Orders

When you place an order through our website:

• You are making an offer to purchase the products in your order
• We will send an order confirmation email upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• All orders are subject to product availability

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment

We accept card payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay through Stripe, our payment processor. Orders can also be placed for payment by invoice. Payment card information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

• Flat rate shipping of $10 on shop orders within the United States
• Bulk and team store orders are quoted separately by weight and destination, and invoiced once the run is confirmed

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for standard products in original condition. Custom-designed and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Burning Bush Design and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

When you submit designs or logos for custom products, you represent that you own or have the right to use those materials. Burning Bush Design is not liable for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.

Limitation of Liability

Burning Bush Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
