30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-designed products: Items made with your custom artwork, logo, or personalization
  • Personalized/engraved items: Wood, acrylic, leather, or paper items with custom engraving
  • Team store orders: Bulk orders placed through team stores with custom branding
  • Items marked as final sale

Exception: If a custom item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Reach out through our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get approval: We'll review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
  4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refund processing: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Bank/card statement: 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability of the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
