Process
Building a website that works for your organization and meets it’s goals can be complex and cumbersome. However, we have developed a process to help you along the way and keep BBD on target for timely completion of your site.
- Look over our pricing page and fill out the web form at the bottom of the page or send an email to: sales@burningbushdesign.com to setup a meeting.
- We’ll meet with you at your church or business to discuss options from the domain name of your website all the way down to the color and font scheme.
- Depending on the plan you pick during the meeting, you will receive the official quote during the meeting or within a few business days via email or postal mail.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to BBD before any development begins to cover our costs and labor until completion.
- Once the deposit has been received, you’ll be notified of a basic timetable and an estimated completion date.
- Throughout the design process, you’ll receive screenshots and in some cases access online to your website in development complete with updates on how development is progressing. This happens at least on a weekly basis. Development takes on average 1 month.
- Once the website is complete, we then meet to discuss a final approval and the final 75% of the agreed initial payment is due.
- Presentment of a personalized “user guide” to your website and a brief on-site training of your website.
